  • Baobab leaf powder (kuka)
  • beef or goat meat
  • dried fish
  • locust beans (dawadawa)
  • onions
  • palm oil or groundnut oil
  • ground pepper
  • seasoning cubes
  • salt
  • water

Steps:

  1. Boil meat with seasoning until tender, add dried fish and locust beans, stir in kuka powder gradually while stirring to avoid lumps, add pepper and oil, allow to simmer briefly until thick and smooth
