Name: Chocolate banana popsicle

Ingredients It Favours:

  • Banana
  • peanut butter
  • dates
  • chocolate powder
  • yoghurt

Steps:

  1. Soak the dates until they are soft and take out the seeds
  2. Wash the banana, chop them into smaller sizes and add into your blender
  3. Add peanut butter
  4. Add the dates (It serves as the sweetner)
  5. Add chocolate powder
  6. Add yoghurt and blend
  7. Make sure it is a thick paste mix and not watery
  8. Pour the mix into your popsicle maker and refrigerate for 2-5 hours depending on the speed of the freezer
  9. Now you have your home made healthy popsicle or stick ice-cream as some would call it
